                  Here is a Toro 48" Mulching Lawn Mower.

Lawn Mowing Service

Mow front & back yard with 36" & 48" Toro mulching mowers. Edge with steel blade. Line trim around beds, fences, trees, (please protect to avoid tree damage,) AC, & areas not accessible with mower.  Blow clean.

We normally mow at approximately 3 inches unless advised otherwise. 

Mow Day & Time

We work Monday thru Friday. Our crews are in certain areas on certain days, so you will be assigned a specific mow day. The crew follows the same route every week, so you will notice they arrive about the same time each week. However, as we add customers, it may change, so we cannot guarantee a time of day. Our crews sometimes work until 7PM, so if your yard is not mowed by 5PM, do not worry.

Mowing Season

Some start week #10, or the 1st week of March and go biweekly till the 1st of April, Then weekly.
Others start week #14 or the 1st week of April
Lawn mowing season stops week #43 or the last week of October. 
Some will continue service with our leaf mulching season to clean those pesky leaves away.

The purpose of our Leaf Mulching season is to keep your lawn looking beautiful and leaf free throughout the Fall. The leaf mulching service could be the equivalent of a $200 or $300 one time leaf clean-up service but your only paying our weekly mowing service fee! We will mulch the leaves on the lawn area for 5 services in the month of November and the 2 services in December we will blow debris from the fence line and the flower beds and mulch into turf areas. 

Payment

 Please select your payment option when requesting service. You have the option to have your credit/debit card billed monthly or to receive a bill at the end of each month.  Bills be paid within 15 days of the statement date. Or near the 15th of each month. If we do not receive payment or notification that a payment is on its way, we will discontinue service until the remaining balance is paid in full.  Please note, if you would like to continue service after a payment is late we ask that the first service be paid upfront.  

We also have a 12 month payment plan for those who would like our service but are on a fixed income and would prefer to make 12 payments of $60.00 for mowing, instead of the $25.00 weekly rate.  Please ask about this option when scheduling your first mow!

We take most major credit cards, cash and personal checks.  We ask that you do not mail cash. 

Declined Card Procedures

We understand that cards are lost, changed, stolen, and sometimes are declined due to low funds on a particular day.  So, we will try the card again the day before your next scheduled mow. If the card does not go through, we will cancel your mow the next day & leave you a phone message. If you respond quickly with another card, we will promptly put you back on the schedule with no late fee or fee for changing cards. If we have to go through the decline scenario more than  twice in a season, we reserve the right to ask you to find another provider.  

Damage

If we damage a sprinkler head or drain cap, contact us within a week of the damage & we will repair or replace it.  

Size of lot

Simply Mowing is designed to service "preplanned" communities at reasonable prices.
 
Our pricing structure is based on the size of your lot before any improvements.  Find your lot size by going to the tax records at  http://sdatcert3.resiusa.org/rp_rewrite/.  Our $25 weekly rate is based on a standard lot size less than 10,000 total square feet.  Look at the chart below to find your weekly and bi-weekly rates. If you have multi levels, steep areas, or inaccessible areas including gates under 36", email Crew Cut Enterprises for a quote, Simply Mowing does not service these areas. Keep in mind, we do not look at lots ahead of time, so if you decide to sign up with us and need a gate closed or other requests please make us aware.

 

Complaints

If you feel our work is unsatisfactory, just call or email a short request and we will be happy to send our crew back to redo the service without an additional charge, either the same or the following day.  If you do not notify us in 24 hrs., we consider the work satisfactory for that trip & will not be able to improve our service to best fit you.  With your help we can talk to our crews about your concerns so they can fix it for the remaining services. Please contact us with your concerns and suggestions. 

Drought If you would like to skip a service. Please contact us. We won't skip your lawn unless you notify us to do so. If the conditions are very dry we may stop mowing for several weeks if needed to allow the grass to grow back to an acceptable height.

Rain

We try to complete our routes unless it is pouring rain all day, in which case, we push back the remainder of the work 1 business day, utilizing Saturday to catch up for the week. This is a strict scheduled service, and we rely on you to call if you feel it is too wet to mow and would like to skip one service. Unfortunately, if you skip the mow, it cannot be re-scheduled for a later day that week.  Keep in mind the grass will get tall which may create some problems.

Changes

You must make changes the day before your mow day to become effective.  

Weeds

Cleaning out your flower beds is not a part of the mowing service. Please contact Crew Cut Enterprises, our "sister" company about all your landscaping needs.

Bi-Weekly

 Bi-weekly mowing schedules are available at $7 per trip more than weekly.  Please be advised that most yards will not look their best (in season) with less than weekly service, and our guarantee to re-do is limited on bi-weekly accounts.

Gates If you lock your gate, it must have a combination lock for us to service your property.  Our crews are very careful about locking and closing gates, but we do not guarantee that a pet will not escape from the yard, therefore, you accept our service with this provision.
Skips You may want to skip a mowing for some reason ( i.e. back yard project, rain, etc. ) if you are a weekly customer. We allow 2 skips per season for weekly customers, & no skips for bi-weekly customers.  If you contact us to skip a mow, be aware your original schedule will not be altered, so it will either be 1 or 2 weeks for the next mow.

Pools There are no deductions if you build a pool and decrease the size of your yard. Serving a home with a pool actually creates more areas to mow around , more line trimming, & less open areas to mow. However,  we will not raise your rate.

Cancellations There is no obligation on either party to begin or continue service. "You like us" & "We like you" makes for a mutually beneficial relationship.  If you sign up as a customer, we consider you a customer from season to season until you cancel.  There is no penalty or cancellation fee for discontinuing a service. Just a reminder, if you feel you only need our yard service once or twice a year, these special rates do not apply.
